Had bike 6 months.. went in for repair in one piece and brought it back in many pieces. They didn’t even put it back together! Highly do not recommend this place! They were never honest with us.

These guys were great, I was looking for some hydraulic brake fluid and while they didn't have any on the shelf, they got me taken care of with some from their repair stock. Very gracious, helpful, and a quick in and out to get my repair done. Thank you!πŸ™Œ

The people at this bike shop need to work on their customer service skills. It seems like some shops are very nice and generous, which is very much needed in these tough times, but others come across as complete snobs. Prior to calling the shop I emailed them about a week ago asking if they can offer a small discount on some brakes. Haven't heard from them so I decided to give them a call. It was difficult not reaching anyone anytime of day that I called. However, after an unforgettable conversation with a gentleman, I decided to rate this business and give it an honest review. I spoke with a someone on the phone and he was an incredible jerk who was not pleasent to talk to. I expected a 'wizard' to be more magical and persuasive in their arguments. After introducing myself and saying that I was looking for a discount on some brakes, he explained that it was cheap and, "we offer free shipping". I explained that there was someone local in my area that offered these cheaper. After learning that he wouldn't lower the price, I decided that this was a dude that didn't deserve my money not only because I didn't want to pay the price but also because I could get it from someone much ni

quick turnaround on a mount, great price too. absolutely phenomenal job with a pretty banged up base, yet again for a more than reasonable price. clear repair certainly looks pretty weird, i do wish i was given the choice between black and clear, i would have preferred black and Assumed they would have used black. not a big deal though will certainly be back

Wow! Love this place! I don’t know much about bikes and I ended up purchasing a bike that was made in 1953 in New York. I took it over to The Gear Wizard and Brian helped me fix a few kinks on the bike. He also added a basket and bell for me. Brian made me aware of what to look for in the bike while riding to prevent any further damage or breakdown. I will definitely go back when it comes time to purchase a mountain bike!
